Finishing & Assembly
- Anodize (Type II/III), Alodine/Chromate, bead-blast, powder coat, passivation
- Tapping, reaming, heli-coil, press-fit, sub-assembly & packaging
- Surface finish down to Ra 0.8 μm on critical faces
Quality Assurance
- CHOTEST 564 bridge CMM (500×600×400 mm), Renishaw TP20 probing, ISO 10360 compliance
- Vision metrology for micro-features; SPC on critical dims
- Typical tolerances ±0.01 mm (tighter by review); certs on request
